With a focus on interactive discussion, community building and current events, Sylvia (via video recording) and Heidi (live via Zoom) will share practical, accessible tools to respond to, practice in, and live in these uncharted times with mindfulness, presence, and an open heart. (Re)connect and be nurtured by the support of like-minded sangha, shared stories, and meaningful moments. Join us as we explore how to bring our practice more fully into everyday life and out into the world.
